Sunday, August 21, 9 AM: We are going hiking at Windy Hill Preserve. The planned hike is about 6 miles and will take about 2 hours or more. There are shorter hikes available, depending on who comes. I will probably do some running and meet up with the group.
Dogs are welcome but dog walkers are required to bag and remove all dog waste from all popular dog-friendly preserves, including Windy Hill. Moving dog waste off trail is not permitted.

Thursday, August 25, 6 PM: This will be Joan’s last stretching class. She got a job in Seattle and she is moving over Labor Day weekend. Come get your stretch on with Joan one last time. She has already planned her return to watch Stanford beat up on Washington in October, so she isn’t gone forever. It would be perfect if we could get Erin to make it back for the game, hint, hint…
Thursday, August 25, 7 PM: We are going to have a special offsite class. It will not be a traditional class, and you may not even get sweaty (bring workout clothes anyway), but I think you will still have fun. Please plan ahead if you want to have a traditional class cuz we are are outta here at 1900. Roger that?

Great hike in the cool fog today with Jules, Sahara, and Saul. We did about 6 miles. Saul did a little more ’cause he ran the loop. It was fun!

HA! Controlling the type As at MDSoF has been an exercise in futility. I just have to let y’all run… 🙂
The mystery is really just me making sure that all the pieces are in place. The final location is still up in the air, it will either be Sequoia H.S. or Red Morton or a park near the gym. We will be doing some Indian club swinging and a game of Ultimate Frisbee.
