Jessica Gee, of MDSF, is teaching us to crochet for a good cause! (The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society). Of course, there WILL be a workout! Donation is $25
Week of April 18 – 22: Get ready for the Nutrition Guide Debut! All MDSF members will get a nutrition guide jam-packed with valuable information on how to reach your goals through better nutrition.
Friday, April 22, 5 – 9pm: F2H2 (Fourth Friday Happy Hour) @ MDSF. Bring a paleo-friendly snack and hang out!

Monday, April 25: The Whole30 at MDSF. We’re challenging you to make some diet changes for 30 days, just to see your results.
