Many people want to know what went on at Boys Night Out last week. I wish we did something crazy but it was a rather tame. We ended up talking about food for a long time (it seemed) and one of the things Jason mentioned was a great site, Stella Culinary. I have already listened to a few of the podcasts and watched a few videos. They are awesome! A huge amount of information regarding cooking from a working chef. He is definitely not paleo or politically correct (the first stock you learn to make is with veal knuckles), it’s just dang good eatin’. The majority of the tips will transfer to any kind of cooking, so check it out.
The majority of athletes at MDSoF cook for someone and have to eat for performance in the context of a family or partner. The best way to make that happen is to make food that tastes great. No one really has to know if it is paleo or Zone or WTF.
