Streeter challenged me to post every week at least once. But I made it a little more interesting, three posts a week for 100 days starting Sunday, April 10 (You’ll see why I chose that day later). Only two posts in week = 50 burpees, only 1 post = 100 burpees, zero posts = 150 burpees!
Wednesday: Interval Nasty Girls
Thursday: Casual stretching with Joan at 6 PM and Big Dawgs all day!
