CrossFit Games Open Update


Thank you to everyone who came to workout last Saturday morning, we has about 10 people doing the workout or a version of it. If you are concerned that you won’t be able to do the workout, don’t worry we will scale it for you so that you can do it and have fun.

The deadline for WOD 1 has been extended to Sunday, March 27 at 17:00 PDT. You have another week to perform WOD 1 or rest. This is a great benefit for us so that we can get some more women on our team. We need at least 2 more women so we can have an official team. Everyone on the team has to compete in the individual event, so sign up today! If we qualify, we can attend the regional Games and compete against other teams which is really fun.

We will have the workout on Thursdays at the Big Dawgs workout.

When you submit your score, I registered MDSF as Peninsula CrossFit. There is a Peninsula Crossfit in Canada, so make sure that you submit to the correct location.
