We have a number of events coming up, most of them will be the last time for about three months that you can have (mostly) non-toxic food AND a ton of fun (sometimes literally).
Thursday, September 23, 6 – 8 PM: Fight Gone Bad for those you can’t make Saturday. We will supply utensils and hamburgers, bring a salad or treats (note this is also a full moon)
Saturday, September 25, 10 AM – 1 PM: Fight Gone Bad! Bring your friends and enjoy a great workout and food.
Thursday, September 30, 8 – 11 PM: Saul’s (very tame) bachelor party. Not sure about the exact location yet but it will be in downtown Redwood City. Please sign up at the gym so we can make sure we have room for everyone.
Saturday, October 2, 8 AM (workout) 9 AM (food): Pre-wedding workout and (not very paleo) breakfast. This will be super fun and could involve balls and chains! Even if you don’t want to workout it will still be super fun (and maybe a little crazy) so come by!

Party central! I hope to be there for most of this – please especially come by for the Wedding Day WOD – ‘Ball and Chain’ as Saul is naming it! Should be super fun! I think it should be named ‘Train Comin’ Down the Tracks’….
