MDF Bootcamp Is Now In Session!


Many of you have been very gracious in recommending MDF to your friends. However, it has been hard actually getting your friends into classes because of the inflexibility of the Fundamentals seminar scheduling.

We have discontinued the fundamentals seminar until 2011 and replaced it with MDF bootcamp. Since the majority of bootcamp is with bodyweight exercises, it will allow new athletes to start at anytime and still offer many opportunities to more experienced athletes to push themselves after they have learned the fundamental movements patterns.

The details: The MDF bootcamp is $100 for 12 sessions (even if it takes 2 months or more to complete them). The class is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6 PM (look for other class times in the new year). The first bootcamp session is free, so sign up now!

An athlete referral is the nicest, and most sincere, complement you could ever give a coach. I hope with the new bootcamp format, we can honor your recommendation as quickly as possible while still providing a safe and effective workout.
