I hope everyone knows about the Maddawg Unleashed mailing list by now, but if you don’t, it is a low volume email list where we announce, discuss and plan adventures outdoors. We’ve had several trips including a day hike up Black Mountain, another long hike at Henry Coe Park, a trip to the North Coast near Cazadero and a trip up Half Dome. Our latest trip to Highland Lakes, east of Bear Valley, was super fun! Getting outdoors and expressing your fitness closes the loop on training at MDSoF. While some of the trips are harder than others, there will be trips for all levels of fitness. We are planning a couple of trips later in the year so make sure you are signed up for Maddawg-Unleashed.
