King Kong Scaling


I have uploaded a pdf of a spreadsheet that shows how we are going to scale King/Queen Kong. I think it is pretty clear, but I have been wrong in the past. 🙂 I think the only issues are how we are going to scale the Muscle-ups and handstand push-ups. Everyone is a different place so it will be tricky but the point of the workout today is to find your level so that you can work it for the rest of the year.
