Friday, Oct 14 @ 12:00 PM: Class will start a little earlier than usual because we have a wedding to attend later that day.
Friday, Oct 14 @ 4:00 PM: No class, but the ever-fabulous Tony G will do the honors at 5 and 6 PM.
Saturday, Oct. 15 @ 9:00 AM: No class. Come to the OktobeRun in downtown Redwood City and cheer on the members of the MDSoF Endurance Team. We are going to have a lot of fun activities at our booth, too, so stop by.
Monday, Oct. 17: We are discontinuing the 4 PM class for a while. As we get more trainers, I hope to re-open the class. Thank you for our patience as Susan and I get a better handle on how to run the business and still remain relatively sane.
