OK, so why should you buy this book other than Robb has helped more people FOR FREE than anyone I know and, well, is there any other reason? Seriously, even if you have been to one of his seminars and/or listen to his podcasts, I am sure there will be new stuff for you to chew on.
Robb’s thorough research and entertaining presentation (“If you do not sleep, you will completely cock-block your fat loss”) make this book a must have.
