Waiter Carry
Deadlift carry 10 Kg plates

While the runner completes the first lap, the second athlete does laps of a 20 meter course doing waiter carry with barbell
While the runner completes the second lap, the second athlete does laps of a 20 meter course doing deadlift carry with two 10 Kg plates (one in each hand)
After the runner competes the 800 M, the athletes switch.
Continue so that each athlete competes 3 rounds of running and carrying.
