But what if you’re friends, but not buying-you-a-book level of friends… yet? Well, I just found the perfect resource. Even though I am starting to really hate the term Paleo or caveman diet, check out this video from a CBS affiliate, Doctors Warming To Caveman Diet Trend. It has a little from our friend Robb Wolf, as well as a number of other experts. Two great take-homes:
