Fundamentals Personal Training -$300 (Get Started Session + 3 one-hour Personal Training Sessions)
Personal Training packages – $1000/10 sessions
Coached Group Classes
Unlimited Strength & Conditioning classes – $220/month
Unlimited S&C classes + 1 personal training session** (Platinum Membership) – $305/month
Unlimited S&C classes + 2 personal training sessions** (Platinum-Plus Membership) – $380/month
Couples Unlimited Strength & Conditioning classes – $330/month; one check or credit card
Families Unlimited Strength & Conditioning classes* – $450/month; one check or credit card
* A family is two adults and 1 or 2 children under age 18.
** Personal training sessions can also be used for nutrition counseling, life coaching and/or movement therapy.
Functional Movement Screen (FMS) with Corrective Exercises – $100
– Mad Dawg Members – $100 (follow-up appointments are usually $55)
– Non-Members – $125 (follow-up appointments are usually $65)
Life, Health & Wellness Coaching – $100 / session
