*    This is a Level 1 – Beginner CrossFit Class, especially designed to make the transition from Fundamentals Bootcamp to CrossFit a smooth one.

**  Saul’s Secret Class:  It’s the same workout all the other classes are doing that day, however, there is very little coaching in this class because the coaches are working out, too.

*** The Saturday work out is typically held at the Sequoia High School track. Follow us on Facebook and twitter for last minute changes to the venue due to weather.
