We have added two fundamentals classes, one starting the Monday after Thanksgiving. The other starting the first week of the new year. The Fundamentals Seminar starting Monday, November 30 will have a special price of $100 because it is only 9 sessions but allows the athlete to train for free at any of the regular classes after the Fundamentals classes end for the remainder of December! If you have friends that want to get started with CrossFit, this class is a great deal! The class will be at the same time, 6 – 7 PM Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Will there be any fundamental classes given in the AM anytime in 2010? I have been looking for a class around 11am..
I am still working on getting an instructor to do the class, hopefully I can get that worked out by next year.
6 p.m. classes are a little tough to get to on a consistent bases, since I work down in Santa Clara. Are there alternative ways of meeting the fundamental requirements?
