OK, morning classes are working the same way they did in January when I canceled them, which is to say they aren’t. I am going to do some more marketing but in the mean time I am going to change the schedule and programming, effective immediately, as follows:
- No more sign-ups on the website necessary.
- Only classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30 AM.
- The programming will be more barbell oriented similar to Starting Strength or Performance Menu but will still include a 5 – 15 minute WOD.

Is anyone up for 6am? 630am class doesn’t allow for time to be ready for work at 8am. I would commit to 6am if others need the extra 30min.

I vote for 6am to 8am open gym!
I’d be interested in a 6am class, but not sure when I’ll be able to commit to a regular schedule (knee rehab).
