Change to Morning Class Schedule 8


OK, morning classes are working the same way they did in January when I canceled them, which is to say they aren’t. I am going to do some more marketing but in the mean time I am going to change the schedule and programming, effective immediately, as follows:

  • No more sign-ups on the website necessary.
  • Only classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30 AM.
  • The programming will be more barbell oriented similar to Starting Strength or Performance Menu but will still include a 5 – 15 minute WOD.
