MDF hosts Weekend Warrior Series #1


This Saturday morning, MDF is hosting the first event of the Weekend Warrior Series. The schedule is as follows:

8:30 AM    Coffee, waivers, meet and greet
9:00 AM    Warm-up
9:15 AM    Athletes and judges meeting – go over movement standards
9:30 AM    WOD starts – I am thinking the WOD will take about 20 minutes
10:00 AM   Start of  people doing the WOD “for fun.”

Our regular Saturday workout will be here at the gym at 10 AM.

If you don’t want to workout, that is fine, come by for coffee and help cheer the athletes. The workouts are going to be pretty hard and they will need all the help they can get. Hope to see you all Saturday morning!
