Warm-up:
Row 500 M
10 x each – pull-ups, dips, sit-ups, good mornings, overhead squats, Sampson stretches.

Skill/Specific Warm-Up:
DB Warm-up for 7 rounds: DB DL, DB Squat, DB Push Press, Push-up (1 on the first minute, 2 on the second minute, 3 on the third minute…)

I named this workout to honor my father Bucko’s birthday.
