Focus: Cardio

Warm-up:
DB warm-up (DB DL, DB Squat, DB Shoulder Press, Push-up)
On the minute, starting at 1 rep in a minute, work up to 5 reps in a minute, then back down to 1 rep in a minute.

Skill/Specific Warm-Up:
Jump rope 1 minute on, 1 minute rest.

WOD: Barbara – 5 rounds for time
20 (10) x Pull-ups
30 (15) x Push-ups
40 (20) x Sit-ups
50 (25) x Squats

(scaled number) can also reduce number of rounds as necessary.
