Warm-up:

10 each: knee huggers, squats, lunges, side lunges, leg swings
Run 400 M
10 each: arm swings, overhead squats, sit-ups, good mornings
Run 400 M

Skill/Specific Warm-Up – Max Push-up and Dips
3 x 5 (jumping) pull-ups then go for maximum pull-ups
3 x 5 (jumping) dips then go for maximum dips

WOD – Barb (a short Barbara) 3 rounds for time:
20 x Pull-ups
30 x Push-ups
40 x Sit-ups
50 x Squats
