    Deadlift at 50% Body weight
    Thruster at 25% Body weight

    Matt’s BW = 135lbs
    he used:
    Deadlift 88lbs (65%BW)
    Thruster 40lbs (30%BW)
    WOW!!!
    Go big or go home
