I was at the Running and Endurance Certification in Newport Beach so Jason ran this class.

Focus: Strength
Warm-up: 2 x CrossFit warm-up
Skill/Specific Warm-up: 7 -> 1 Max Effort Deadlift
WOD: 21, 15, 9
Overhead Squat with 20 kg
Push-ups
Ring dips
