Join us for a 2-hour workshop to learn how to unlock the ultimate 6 anatomical locations to free up posture and increase performance through the use of Re-gen techniques. I was introduced to these techniques at the running certification I attended in Newport Beach and they we very useful in helping me recover from the workouts we did.
We will be working on the following locations:
Soleus: Lower leg and heel
Quadriceps: Knee, thigh and pelvis
IT Band: Hip and upper leg
Piriformis: Hip and thigh
Psoas: Spine, hips and thigh
Pectoralis (Major/Minor): Upper ribs, shoulder and upper arm
