We now have a few copies of The Primal Blueprint. I haven’t finished reading it yet, but I think it is a good summary of why we suggest a Paleo and/or low carb diet and how it supports a CrossFit-style workout. In particular, it talks about how to naturally enhance HGH, Testosterone, IGF-1 hormones to slow the aging process. You can check Robb Wolf’s blog to read about the many people who are resolving serious health issues through improving their diet. Sorry his website is so annoying…

I just read this article: A Closer Look at Vitamin D. Very well written and good references. Also if like this article, you are probably geeky enough to enjoy the beginners, intermediate and advanced reading lists.
