Warm-up:
Run 600 M run then active/dynamic warm-up including shoulder swings, leg swings, lunges, etc.
Agility ladder drills
Running/sprinting drills

WOD: 5 rounds on the 4 minute interval
100 M sprint -> 7 forward hop burpees
80 M sprint -> 7 forward hop burpees
60 M sprint -> 7 forward hop burpees
40 M sprint -> 7 forward hop burpees
20 M sprint -> 7 forward hop burpees
