I forget who challenged who but I am sure that Luis was involved at some point. The agreed upon workout and date has arrived: Wednesday, June 10, be prepared.

The WOD: Nasty Girls
3 rounds for time of:
50 Squats
7 Muscle-ups
10 Hang power cleans (60 KG for Nasty Boys/40 KG for Nasty Girls)

    this will be a good one!! do you know what the sub is for muscle ups though. i'm guessing you have to do more than 7 if you are doing jumping mu's. can't wait!

    The sub for muscle-ups is either jumping muscle-ups or sitting muscle-ups. You just have to do 7 of them.

    It was a good one… I still don't do muscle ups in a wod yet.. that is the goal for this year I guess. 🙁

    It was a good one for sure! I am so sore and have bruises on my thighs. I hope that means I was doing the cleans correctly : )

    I fell OK now, except my back feels like someone took a baseball bat to it. Took me almost 18 minutes to finish and I had to do 3 jumping MUs. I have a goal too now, Luis. 🙂
