In 20 minutes complete the following:
1200 M Run once
then As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in the remaining time of the following:
5 x DB Thrusters
5 x DB Lunges
5 x Pull-ups
200 M Run

Men: 40 LB DBs each hand
Women: 30 LB DBs each hand
