The MDF Team Affiliate Cup Team:
Men: Marshall, Jason, Josh
Alternates (in order): Tony, Michael, Dustin, Clay, Patrick, Dylan
Women: Heather, Samantha, Lynette
The Rules: The affiliate team members are invited, that means that they have first right of refusal. For example, if Josh can’t do it then Tony gets invited, if Tony can’t do it, then Michael, etc. Also if any of the women don’t want to do it, then the next man gets invited (there were no other women that did the workouts as prescribed). Team members should be prepared to attend the Affiliate Cup Throwdown this weekend at CrossFit One World.
I have included pictures of the results in case I made a mistake. Questions and comments as necessary.
