Nice! I like the video a lot. Its definitely really good to see what my DL looks like. You should do this for cleans next time we do them. I think that would help me a bunch.

Great video Saul. I agree it is helpful to see yourself in action–an effective teaching tool. Some of you guys and gals are really strong!! Luis and I are headed to One World on Sunday for the 10:00 if anyone wants to join us. Have a great weekend all!

A lot of really good lifts in there – generally good form and technique and lots of heart and smiles. Nice.
I did notice: 1) Some lifters had a better arch in their lower back than others. 2) Some lifters started with a good arch going up, but lost the arch going down.
Watch that set position, do more squats, and don’t stop working until the bar is back on the floor!
It’s great to go heavy every once in a while. Overloading the connective tissue is the only way to make tendons and ligaments stronger. Aerobics won’t do it at all. Good work you guys. Wish I had been there lifting with you.

Heather, can I get the recipe for that Paleo Cake? It was awesome! Curt

Curt: Here is the link http://www.paleofood.com/baked.htm scroll down to the cakes, it is the carrot cake recipe. The only thing I added was a 1/2 tsp of vanilla. It was easy to make too!

Why are ME days always when I’m out of town? Seriously, WTF?

Hey! I said it was muthafrickin’ heavy. I censor myself in the gym, unlike SOME people (e.g. 2x bodyweight — laughed pretty hard while watching her sets). Keep it comin’ Martin Scorcese!

Nice video, Saul – def. helps to see what’s not working and what is. Now that I know super kung-fu advanced death grip, I’m ready to go again. Or will be in a couple of weeks. 🙂
