what? seriously? she ran 25 miles max leading up to a 100 miler? i did a lot CF AND i ran for hours on the weekends and i can’t imagine having done anything less for that 50k. wow. maybe i did recover better – i don’t remember feeling too bad after i finished. just tired. 🙂 hmm, longer distance race, less running, more CF. maybe…
