We are starting a combo challenge, sorry for the late post.
The first part of the challenge is to go six weeks (or so) starting next Monday, Jan. 12, 12 AM to Saturday, Feb. 23, 12 PM. You either have to be on The Zone or the Paleo diet. You can cheat but you have to say you cheated in your food log. The winner(s) will be the one who lasts longest before the first cheat day or whoever makes it to the end without cheating. The winner gets nothing but the sincere admiration of his/her peers (which, in this community, says a lot, wouldn’t you say Burpee Challenge finishers?). This is not about weight loss it is about health and awareness of your eating habits.
Planning: I would strongly suggest that you fill out a menu prior to the week, like on Saturday or Sunday morning before shopping. If you wake up in the morning and try to plan what you are going to eat, it’s not going to work or it will much more likely that you will have to cheat.
One last thing, be aware that you have to eat before working out. I know you know that, I’m just reminding you of what you already know. 🙂

Flavia, No not aimed at you. There have been a number of people, including myself, that forget to eat or don’t eat appropriately before workouts. I am just trying to be proactive here and also make sure people remember it is about getting better performance and health, not losing weight.
