12 Days o’ Christmas 2



Focus: Punitive damages for poor eating and drinking habits.
WOD: I forget the actual WOD and Ryan is on break but it went something like this:
1st Day, Muscle Up (or ring dips)
2nd Day, DB Clean and Jerk, 2 reps
3rd Day, Burpee, 3 reps
4th Day, Knees-to-elbows, 4 reps
5th Day, KettleBell or DB Swings, 5 reps
6th Day, DB Thrusters, 6 reps
7th Day, Lunges, 7 reps
8th Day, Box Jumps, 8 reps
9th Day, Pull-ups, 9 reps
10th Day, DB Squats, 10 reps
11th Day, Push Ups, 11 reps
12th Day, Run 1200 or 800 M

    Hey Saul, it was 4 Knees to Elbows, 6 DB Thrusters, 7 Lunges, 8 Box Jumps, 9 Pull-ups. The rest is correct. And oh yeah it was also horrid. Gwen
