How freakin’ easy is that?
Yay! I bought some and think this will be a great lunch meal replacement at work. -Flavia 🙂

I ordered a SM 5-packer to try it out…..looks good!
(not sure if it’ll replace lunch for me, Flavia!!) LOL.
These look awesome…kinda expensive though.
Just finished my L1 cert today. A LOT of good info.

From CF San Francisco…
“We have some friends over at Nordic Naturals in Santa Cruz that extended a 20% discount on their fish oil to Crossfitters (any crossfitter).

That’s awesome, thanks! Robb Wolf says that Costco FishOil is also good. There is also some good fish oil through VitaCost.com. Take it and like it.
Please help me understand why I would want to INGEST fish oil? I am sure there is some really healthy reason, but on the surface (excuse the pun) it sounds disgusting. Please enlighten me.

yet some more info on fish oil:
There have been a number of clinical trials assessing the benefits of dietary supplementation with fish oils in several inflammatory and autoimmune diseases in humans, including rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, psoriasis, lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis and migraine headaches. Many of the placebo-controlled trials of fish oil in chronic inflammatory diseases reveal significant benefit, including decreased disease activity and a lowered use of anti-inflammatory drugs.

It’s the real deal. I go back and forth between Costco Fish Oil tablets and Carlson’s liquid fish oil. I don’t get a fishy taste or smell but some people may be more sensitive.
i only get fishy burps when I take tablets on an empty stomach with only water. If you take them with your breakfast, lunch, etc., you (I) usually don’t experience any fishy taste.
Costco has great deals on fish oil tabs. They also have fish oil gummy bears for kids (obviously they aren’t fish flavored). I am planning on buying some for my kid.
I make my preggo fiance take about 2-3 fish oil and 2-3 flax seed oil tabs in addition to her prenatal vitamins. Omega-3s are crucial in child brain development and play a huge part with post-pardum depression (the mother’s body will give all available Omega-3s to the placenta, essentially depleting her own stores).
Anyway, just my $.02.
Ok, I was sold on the part that said it reduced “childhood disorders”—-since I have been accused of still suffering from those, I am going to start popping fish oil tabs.
Thanks men!
