Focus: Cardio/Prepare for the feast

Warm-up:
Run Sylvan Exercise Loop as a group

WOD:
Run Sylvan Exercise Loop at your own pace then as a 2 person team (partner with the person you finished closest to) complete the following:
25 x Burpees
50 x One-armed KB swings
75 x Push-ups
100 x Sit-ups
