Not a great picture but I love the juxtaposition of bling and hard work. Again, to paraphrase Lynette, “there is no reason not to look good.”

I think everyone was surprised at how much they could lift with a properly executed push press. I was too busy coaching to get the lifting at the 4 pm and 7 pm class but Mike, Evan, Curt, Debbie and Linda did some strong work!
