Life Coaching is a designed alliance between coach and client. Your coach helps you discover what’s really most important to you in your life, then you’ll design a plan to achieve those things. As you eliminate any obstacles or blocks that stand in your way, you discover what your own personal ‘best’ might be.
Profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counseling, the coaching process addresses specific personal or business projects, general conditions and transitions in your personal life, relationships or profession.

A Health & Wellness Coach partners with individuals or groups, helping them make lifestyle changes that will optimize health and well-being. Some clients want to make better lifestyle choices in order to decrease risk of developing chronic conditions, or to better manage a health condition they already have. The goal is to be in charge of improving your own health; the path to success may involve developing new habits around exercise, rest and recovery, creating balance, stress-management, and diet & nutrition.
