Your coach will work with you to address your specific needs and goals and will tailor workouts specifically for your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace for you.

Movement Therapy

Our own unique blend of movement assessment, manual muscle testing, massage, relaxation techniques, and both body-weight and loaded strength and conditioning training that is uniquely programmed for you and your goals.

Movement therapy is particularly effective for:

  • Athletes with foot and ankle issues like plantar fasciitis
  • New moms who want to get back to exercising and activity
  • Athletes who have a hard time sticking to a regular exercise program due to constant injuries
  • Older athletes who either want to start exercising or who want to increase performance safely
  • Anyone who wants to train for a specific goal while minimizing injury

Life, Health & Wellness Coaching

Life Coaching is a designed alliance between coach and client. Your coach helps you discover what’s really most important to you in your life, then you’ll design a plan to achieve those things. As you eliminate any obstacles or blocks that stand in your way, you discover what your own personal ‘best’ might be.
Profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counseling, the coaching process addresses specific personal or business projects, general conditions and transitions in your personal life, relationships or profession.

A Health & Wellness Coach partners with individuals or groups, helping them make lifestyle changes that will optimize health and well-being. Some clients want to make better lifestyle choices in order to decrease risk of developing chronic conditions, or to better manage a health condition they already have. The goal is to be in charge of improving your own health; the path to success may involve developing new habits around exercise, rest and recovery, creating balance, stress-management, and diet & nutrition.

Functional Movement Screen

We are FMS certified! FMS is the screening tool used to identify limitations or asymmetries in seven fundamental movement patterns that are key to functional movement quality in individuals with no current pain complaint or known musculo-skeletal injury.

These movement patterns are designed to provide observable performance of basic loco motor, manipulative and stabilizing movements by placing an individual in extreme positions where weaknesses and imbalances become noticeable if appropriate mobility and motor control is not utilized.

We use the FMS to develop a personalized, focused program for our athletes.
