Designed for the generally active, injury-free individual who wants ultimately to train in the Mad Dawg Strength & Conditioning classes. Fundamentals instruction is focused on foundational movements: Squat, Deadlift (hinge), and Press in both a strength and a ‘cardio’ context. Special focus is given to core strengthening. After completing three Fundamentals Personal Training sessions, most advance to Strength & Conditioning classes as a Level 2 Mad Dawg athlete.
