However, we&#8217;re making an exception to the Sunday-is-a-work-free-day-rule to (finally) post the list of participants in the first nutrition challenge of 2012! Everyone who threw their hat in the ring signed up for the &#8216;as Rx&#8217;d&#8217; challenge:<br />

<li>Submit 500 word (or less) essay regarding your experience<strong><em> by Tuesday, Feb 7, COB.</em></strong></li>
<li>Do Fran <strong><em>between Monday, Feb. 6 and Thursday, Feb. 10 COB.</em></strong></li>
<li>Do a 1 RM back squat<strong><em> between Monday, Feb. 6th and Thursday, Feb. 10 COB.</em></strong></li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>October 3 &#8211; November 3, we&#8217;re starting a Whole30 days of healthy habits. This is your opportunity to take an honest inventory of your diet, your sleep, your recovery, and your life in general.  To do this, we suggest you review or renew your goals, and then choose what you want to change or add during the Whole30 that will help you achieve them.</p>
<p>Also, during this time, we&#8217;re going to have a Food Drive that benefits <a href="http://shfb.org/">Second Harvest Food Bank of San Mateo County</a>. We suggest that you clean out your cupboards, or purchase some non-perishable food (canned) to donate to <a href="http://shfb.org/">Second Harvest</a> and deposit it in the receptacle at the gym.</p>
<p>Finally, on November 12, we&#8217;ll deliver the MDSoF food donation to <a href="http://shfb.org/">Second Harvest</a>, and then our team of volunteers will sort food at the food bank from 9am &#8211; 12noon. We&#8217;re looking to make a positive impact by working hard to help others.  Please sign up to volunteer with the MDSoF Team at <a href="http://shfb.org/">Second Harvest</a> on November 12th <a href="http://clients.mindbodyonline.com/ws.asp?studioid=6975&amp;stype=-8&amp;sView=day&amp;sTrn=100000004&amp;sSU=true" target="_blank">here</a>.</p>
