We are lucky to have an athlete visiting us who is on the CrossFit New England CF Games team. He is going to do a workout at MDSoF this eve starting at 6:30 PM. All classes are going to be on the same schedule, but if you want a special workout you can come a little bit late and join the fun.
Here is the workout:
1. AMRAP 5 min: up ladder of Thruster 65kg/45kg and MU, i.e. 1 Thruster, 1 MU, 2 Thruster, 2 MU, etc.
2. 7 Rounds for time: 7 chest-to-bar pull-ups, 7 handstand push-ups , 7 Power snatch 45kg/30kg, 7 burpees
