Tough Mudder Tuesdays 2


We now have 8 athletes and promises from 3 others (don’t make me call you out, you know who you are)!

We have started Tough Mudder Tuesdays which will have workouts that will prepare you to do an event like Tough Mudder. There will be lots of rope climbs and team workouts in addition to a liberal dose of running.

If you are interested in doing the race, check it out, it is really fun! Remember this is a team event, all for one, one for all.

    OhOhOH. I’m dead set on doing the Tough Mudder, I was just looking into the MAdd Dog program as a training tool. Do I have to do the 13 classes of fundamentals before taking this class? Thank you!

    Melissa, we would love to help you train for the Tough Muddder. Yes, everyone has to do the 13 fundamentals sessions before doing joining the CrossFit classes which do the Tough Mudder Tuesdays. However, the Fundamental Bootcamp classes are designed so that you can do the regular classes safely and effectively so really you will be doing Tough Mudder training in the Fundamentals class. You can sign up for a free fundamentals class to try it out and make sure it is the right thing for you.
