Diane – Mobilize Your Way To Power
Wow, I can’t believe how fast time is passing, we are already in our third and final week of working position for the deadlifts on Diane. Starting next Monday we will spend 3 weeks working on speed; however, we will still include these warm-up movements (and a few others) a few times a week so that we can continue to improve position.
