Memorial Day 3


Memorial day is coming up like a runaway train.

We are now finished with the Spring Fling Whole 30, I posted about in late April. More on this later.

Friday, May 27, we are doing Murph! You can do it individually or as a team. If you are doing it individually, plan on coming a little early and/or staying a little late (if you are doing it at 4 or 5 PM, Susan and I have a date in Half Moon Bay so we will be leaving right at 7PM. The workout is as follows:

* 1 mile Run
* 100 Pull-ups (ring rows)
* 200 Push-ups
* 300 Squats
* 1 mile Run

For time: Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed (i.e. 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats for 20 rounds). Start and finish with a mile run. If you do it as a team, you share in the pull-ups, push-ups and squats, but EVERYONE must do both runs (or two 1500 M rows) and you can’t start the workout until everyone is finished with the run/row and you aren’t done until everyone is in from the run.

Susan is going to be part of a team at 4 PM and Saul will be part of a team at 5 PM.

Saturday, May 28 at 9AM Tony G will be leading Saturday workout at Sequoia.
