I hope everyone is having a great Valentines Day and you are feeling generous today because your help is needed in any way you can give:
Jeff Kearnan, coach at San Carlos CrossFit and longtime fan of MDSF has a cargo container with two playgrounds leaving SSF for Argentina on Feb 28th. If you have any of the following items, drop them by MDSF by Feb 25. It will really help!
- Dresses: Age 0-18 (especially quincinera dresses)
- Shoes: Any age, any size
- Clothes: For boys or girls (clean please)
- School supplies
- Medical supplies
- Toothbrushes
- Power tools
MDSF is having a work party on Saturday, Feb 26 from 9 AM to 1 PM followed immediately by a BBQ. We are going to have a specific number of jobs and you will be able to pick shorter jobs if you don’t have much time. Please sign up at the gym.
Josh Courage needs a few more judges for this Saturdays Courage Games at Coyote Point. I will be there and hope you can attend too. Please send Josh an email directly if you are able to help.
