I haven’t run with Monte at A Runner’s Mind (ARM), but this sounds really fun and it is a smokin’ deal! Here are some details:

The ARM Academy will have their first workout on Tuesday, January 25th!
The ARM Academy’s first goal will be the Go Green St. Patrick’s Day 5k/10k/Half Marathon in Los Gatos on March 13.
The first 6-week ARM Academy is completely FREE (value $60+) and includes:
- Personalized Coaching.
- Gait analysis.
- Run groups twice a week, once on the weekend.
- Free technical t-shirt.

- Transportation to and from the desired race in March.
