One push-up day one, increasing one push-up each day. The fun culminates on Saturday, Oct. 16th with 101 push-ups for time (know as the “It Hurts So Good” WOD and a party (no need to be entered in the challenge to attend, but you have to do the WOD)!

We had a great time in 2008 with a burpee challenge, I think this will be even more fun.

The Rules:

Yahoo! LOVE the Challenges! For you non-mathletes, that’s 5150 pushups at the end of 101 days. Looking forward to it – thx, Saul!

  2. AmyP says:

    Can I join? :)

  3. saulj says:

Heck yeah, but no skanky push-ups, you are on your honor. ;-)

  4. AmyP says:

“skanky” pushups? I’m curious as to what qualifies as skanky. I will do my daily pushups, and will come to the challenge on October 16th if that’s cool :P

  5. saulj says:

skankiness is one, or more, of the following winged scapula, hip piking or sagging, the dreaded torso wave and finally, the head droop.
