Unscripted Paleo – Episode 1

Unscripted Paleo Cooking
This is the first installment in a series showing the gory implementation details of eating Paleo/Primal.
These videos are rough. I am not going to take much time planning them out, nor am I going to take much time to edit them. I think that matches the way we eat.
Through experience I have learned that it is not hard to stay on my diet when I have planned and shopped correctly. Staying on my diet is most difficult when I am tired and hungry and need to eat 2 hours ago.
These videos are an answer to that problem. I will demonstrate how to cook quick, dirty and effective pattern-based meals that are pretty good and pretty nutritious (at least more nutritious than the food you would eat if you didn’t eat at home).

AWESOME!!!
Great video, Saul. I am not sure about the liver, though. But I’ll eat everything else you cook!
Hey Saul,
New site looks good and Im looking forward to more videos. I started my own LBN challenge but sadly Im the only one competing and thus will be the only winner. Started my Paleo kick back on Monday. The holidays wrecked me.
Good luck and keep the videos coming.
Saul, that is awesome!! It was an entertaining video (and instructional)
I’m with Susan…not sure about the liver BUT those veggies looked pretty good!
Hey Saul – great video, keep ‘em coming!

Hey Saul,
Thanks so much for putting this together!!
I’m still not really sure what “paleo” cooking means… I guess I was expecting more dinosaur meat. But I’m definitely down with anything that helps me cook something healthy, high in protein, & quick.
Also not a big liver fan, but if nothing else, the “gnarly” liver made the video more entertaining!

I started a Google group for the LB(A)N challenge folk. You can upload your food log, or just create a page for it. And we can discuss how much we really really want eat a pecan pie.
It’s invite only. You’ll have to make a Google account if you don’t have one. I think you’ll be asked to enter your e-mail address and your name and then I get to approve. If I know you, great. If not, I’ll run the address by Saul so it might take a little while before you can get in.
