For the next few weeks, we are having a bring your friend to MDF for free. The workouts will be appropriate for new people and pipe-hitters alike.
Wednesday, Dec. 23 – all day
Thursday, Dec. 24 – 9 AM
Wednesday, Dec. 30 – all day
Thursday, Dec. 31 – 9 AM
Please send your friends a waiver or have them come early so we can get started on time.
